On 4 June at 11:00, SARAS will hold an online info session on The Financial Statements Review Process and Frequently Identified non-compliances with IFRS Standards.
The meeting is for interested parties, auditors and representatives of entities that prepare their reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
It aims to inform participants of the non-compliances identified during financial statements reviews, as well as the characteristics of high-quality financial reporting.
The meeting will cover the rules for reviewing financial statements, the most frequently identified non-compliances and recommendations. Additionally, findings from thematic reviews will be presented, focusing on materiality and its quantitative and qualitative factors, which form the basis for preparing financial statements. Information on new standards, as well as amendments and corrections to existing standards, will also be presented.
